Dropdown menu help

I made a dropdown menu thing whatever you call it.
See it at: http://www.bronxy.com/dropdownhelp.htm and I wanted to make it so when you click lets say feb it goes to lets just Yahoo!
I searched forums and people have said you add value=www.yahoo.com in there but that did not work. If anyone could look at the code, and help me out I would appreciate it.

Thanks!
