I remember back in the day, no one figured out how to take the songs from the iPod and move them into Windows.
I’m sure there has to be a simple and easy way to do it now, right?

However, many of them aren’t compatible with the iPod Touch. There are some commercial ones that are, and of those, CopyTrans has a 14-day free trial. I’d give that a shot:
Also, for a complete list, check the guide over at iLounge.

Yeah, easy to do. Enable the disc mode in the iPod’s preferences in iTunes, then uncheck “Do not show hidden files and folders” and all the files will be located in a hidden folder under the iPod drive under My Computer. :p
Probably still works for the touch.

Here I recommend you a third party program. It is iPod to computer Transfer, which can be compatible with iPod Touch completely. Also it supports all Windows OS.
I have used it to extract my music from iPod to computer. It will help you out easily.

Yes, the easy way to extract music from iPod Touch to Windows is using a third party program – iPhone Music Backup. It can not only help you extract music from iPhone, but also copy your songs, photos, videos, etc from iPod to Windows computer.September 30, 2012 at 5:33 am #173221Emma SearcyMemberOctober 2, 2012 at 10:56 am #173222Marcia BulgerMemberOctober 10, 2012 at 10:13 am #173220ednagarcia06MemberHii,
