MemberPlease change it so I don’t have to enter my password just to edit my profile when I’m already logged in. It’s inconvenient and stupid.

ParticipantI don’t think this is available to change on an individual basis. This is used for security reasoning, and I believe it should stay. It’s basically there to keep your privacy from being viewable by something other than yourself. (Example if someone access’s your computer or a shared computer you have used.) If they click on your profile link, they would have access to change your password and view and change your email address etc.
As I said, I believe it is not available to change or alter on an individual basis, thus you would have to take the feature away all together, and that’s not something I wish to give up personally. It’s only asking you to type your password, not run a mile. 😉March 13, 2004 at 12:06 am #83197IMQueen
MemberOK I understand that. But I wish my stupid Firefox would autofill in the passwords for me like Mozilla does. I know it’s only a beta, but the makers should’ve thought of this. I love Firefox, but it still has plenty of bugs…

MemberIt is checked. On some sites, Firefox will fill in the stuff for me, on others it won’t.

Memberthats retarded, don’t suggest such things. Security is not something that should be compromised for the entire community because your too ****ing lazy to get off your ass and type your password (Probably 12345678)

LynX: take it easy dude. It was just a suggestion. No need to flame them for making a suggestion.
IMQueen: Yes it is inconvenient, but it is a security precaution. I have to do the same thing, so you’re in good company. 😉
