Just wanted to tell you all that due to a school trip, I will be leaving tomorrow (at 5:45 AM) to go to Gettysburg, then DC. I’ll be back on Friday at midnight, so that’s Saturday maybe.
My days are fairly packed, here is my schedule of free time in case you need to get to me for some reason (cell number: 937-974-9837):
Tuesday:
10 PM – 10:30 PMWednesday/Thursday:
9:30 PM to 10:30 PMFriday:
NEVER! (I’ll be home when you can contact me at like 12:30 AM)Those are calling or texting times for me. I can sorta text at various times during the day, but I can’t promise anything. I have email access everywhere, so emails work too.
Anyways, So yeah I’ll be off having my fun. See you all later!

*proud mom moment*
May 14, 2007 at 9:43 pm #161218Jeff HesterKeymasterThat is VERY cool Ryan! Congratulations.

May 15, 2007 at 5:32 am #161220detn8rParticipantoh BTW, if you see The Nationals, tell them THEY STINK! They should have stayed in Montreal! :p
May 15, 2007 at 6:04 am #161221SpikeMemberWe did the same thing at our school, too, Ryan, have a blast!
They cancelled the girl who was going to lay the wreath there when I went, very sad, but it is an amazing place to just go, sit, think, and watch the guards. Make sure you take lots of pictures! 🙂
May 19, 2007 at 5:03 pm #161227MrEggsaladParticipantI’m back. Honestly my time there SUCKED.
Here’s my list of reasons:
Parts were boring
Ghost Tour Cut Short
Bus broke down on the way home
Food tasted like ****
I dislocated my knee
Our group got yelled at for noise many times when we were just sleeping
I had to walk many miles in pain
Nurse didn’t really even care
I didn’t get to touch the wreath because I didn’t make it down the stairs to talk about what was going on fast enough (damn leg).
I still got to go down, but I was in the 2nd row of the people (it was 2 in front, two in back).
I had to walk “normally” down the steps to the tomb of the unknown soldier. So yeah..I did get pictures which hopefully will get developped soon. At the moment, I have a knee splint and am on crutches..kinda pissed as well..
May 20, 2007 at 3:11 am #161219Jeff HesterKeymasterWelcome back. Sorry to hear about the knee problem. That can really screw up a trip, especially with so much walking.
I’m still looking forward to your photos, though! 🙂
May 20, 2007 at 3:59 am #161233PhilipModeratorRyan, how on earth did you manage to dislocate your knee? Please take care and get well soon.
May 20, 2007 at 1:48 pm #161231MrOatsMemberDislocated knee? Ouch!
Hope you knee gets better soon…

May 20, 2007 at 4:05 pm #161228MrEggsaladParticipantWell, while dancing (to what other than White and Nerdy), I don’t know how but it popped out of place, I fall down, and then I pop it back in to place and go sit down.
I did get some great photos, so once I can get those back I’ll post them for you all.
Thanks for the kind words 🙂
