Hi
I need information about the different architectures that various Enterprise IM service providers have. The basic two kinds of architecture are shared-nothing and shared-something (which could be storage or memory). The information about concurrent users supported by each service also needs to be obtained. What kind of architecture IBM LotusSametime and LCS 2005 and other IM messengers are using and which would be the more beneficial approach?
I need this input for a research paper i am doing and any insights would be gretaly appreciated.
