There are a few so-so language conversion applications around, Free Translation and Professional Translation Services from SDL International etc; but you want something directly in your email client? For that you’d need to search for a plug-in if its a desktop application (like Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird), or a browser extensions or add-in if its web-based (like gmail, yahoo or hotmail)
