I know hotmail doesnt exactly have to do with msn messenger, but I figured alot of msn users have a hotmail account. when I try to email someone, the rich-text editor doesn’t work. I try to turn it off, then turn it back on, but it still doesnt show up. can anyone help me??
what browser are you using? some browsers don’t display those tools well if at all. I know Firefox doesn’t display the text editor tools for Yahoo mail; I just tried it for Hotmail and it doesn’t display there either.
if you’re not using Internet Explorer, try using that and see if that works?
