ElektroPost has released the new visitor interaction system EPiServer Webchat. Sold as an add-on module to the Web content management system, EPiServer, Webchat provides the ability to interact with Web site visitors using Skype. Presence-dependant chat links on the EPiServer Web pages brings up Web chats that are transformed into Skype text messages. EPiServer will act as a proxy, passing messages between the Web chat and the Skype user, logging all traffic.
