Error Box

Hi friends!

So whenever I reboot my computer or turn it on, I get an error box ALL THE TIME. Does anyone know what it means?

The title of the box is: RUNDLL

The message is:

Error Loading C:program fileswildtangentappsCDAcdaengine0400.dll The specified module could not be found

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Start > Run > “MSCONFIG” > “Startup” tab.

Now uncheck the items you don’t need, and see if you can find one labeled like that path, or with “rundll”.

have you recently downloaded a game on the net and the trial period has expired? try maybe uninstalling the program from that company(wildtangent) your game or software came from… 😀

Wildtanget is spyware. Perhaps when you installed AIM, you allowed WT to install, and a spyware remover corrupted it. Possibly reinstalling AIM or another source of WT and removing it properly will correct it.
