I NEED MAJOR HELP.
I came home and turned on my computer everything was fine till I go to log in. When I go to log in it gets to my background and nothing shows up. The only way I got to this was hitting Ctrl Alt Delete and starting a new process (Fire fox). Relly need some help.
Windows XP SP2
Try to manually start explorer ‘explorer’, or ‘explorer.exe’, of if your path isn’t registered, ‘c:windowsexplorer.exe’.
You may first have to kill explorer.exe from your process list though, if it didn’t load properly. I’d also recommend you download and install/run Ad-Aware.
I ended up running “msconfig” then did a system restore to yesterday.
And just before it quit I had run Ad-Aware.
