Everything opening Yahoo!?

This is the strangest problem I have ever encountered. I just upgraded to the Yahoo! Messenger 8 I believe, and everything in my start menu as well as my program menu only opens Yahoo messenger. My ObjectDock also, all of my buttons only open Yahoo. Now I love Yahoo messenger, but not that much. Anyone else having this problem?

I would also like to point out that it seems Yahoo has deleted my rundll file, and now I cannot open my Add/Remove programs nor can I run system restore. Everytime I try to do so, guess what, Yahoo messenger opens.

the only problem I seem to be having is yahoo showing up in the address bar for everything.
