okay, here’s the deal kids.
someone in my family cliked this fals.net/love link and now every 10 minutes an away message pops up on my sn saying “LOVE YOU!! http://fals.net/love” and its driving me insane.does anyone know how to remove this?

it worked for me and now I am free of the virus…hope it helps

Did you save the logs of the scans by spybot?, If so, could you post them?.You run your antivirus, spybot and adaware updated?
Also, what anti-virus are you running?, did you scan your computer with it?

August 10, 2004 at 12:38 am #74739Someguy03MemberTry Reinstalling AIM. If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling an older version of AIM, maybe AIM 5.2.
I am going to go to this link and see if I can figure out how to fix the problem myself.

i tried to completely un-install aim and re-installed the old version
and that didn’t help
