It would be great if when we registered, they gave us the code to display our status in Forum Code along with HTML, so that we can use it on the forums.
Is that registering with BigBlueBall or in general with the OSI servers?
If you mean the OSI servers, you know the url right!
I am sure he meant the register page in OSI. I agree that it could be handy to get the forum code and be able to just copy and paste, but is there a universal form of forum code?
The only difference I can see between different types of forums is the requirement of double quots in the URL tag…
It seems that both Snitz and vBulletin accepts double quotes in URL tags. Does anyone know about other forums?
This is a great idea! I will probably add it in the next version of OSI.
It would be best just to implement the code without quotes, as most of the forums besides Snitz do not use double quotes.
This has been implemented in OSI 4.6 which is out now!
