hi there i have been having such problem like file transfer error, the file sends very slow and suddenly says error in transfer, it takes me 20 minute to send a 6mb mp3 file, any idea to solve it?? even a 5mb mp3 file takes 17 minute. need help in it

i think it’s more likely with my firewall, but how to i solve a problem with my firewall?? and i am from singapore and my internet connection type is a company from singapore, but i am more interested in how to solve the firewall problem first
