Filtering Out Bots?

Is there a way to fliter out bot pop-ups while in chatrooms (at this moment receiving them). Is there a code, add-on, program, or method? Prefer code, add-on, or method. 😀

I’m not sure what software you are using. I’m suggesting that you get a third-party client called YahELite. You can find it at http://yahelite.org/ If you have any problems with running it check into Yahoo! Chat Help:1 there are plenty of people there that use it.

or if you dont wanna go that route,just go to your preferences and set your im’s to only accept im’s from people on your friends list.Just let the people in chat know and when they want to chat you cam im them instead,i think thats what im gonna do,im glad I seen this question lol….
