For Ytunnel users, huge list of Bots to put on ignore.

*waves* Okay now that you are done scrolling down this extremely long list of links. I’ll state why i moved it here.

First off, it’s not bad, because he’s just giving people names to ignore ahead of time before they run into them in chat rooms, BUT the pictures on those links might be up for discussion.

Secondly these are just extremely long post (extra emphasis on the long) full of links that i think many people will not even click on all of them. Plus bots are probably different in every chat room? I wouldn’t know since i don’t join. But i’m unsure on, Do i leave it or not? And if i don’t put it back: What do i tell the poster?

The thread poster is a regular member, posts occassionally, and i’m always having to edit his post (for various reasons). He has good intentions at heart though, so i come here for advice once again!

This list for one is pointless, sorry chris.

For starters..

1. he didn’t have to add the link to them , id’s only.

2. Y! Tunnel has a wildcard mechanism that would shorten this list tenfold

3. You could have just attached a txt file instead of posting it in this manner

4. You were reporting bot.s have you done so with these? why add them to ignore if they gonna be deleted?

5. I doubt any Y! tunnel user is gonna sit here taking out the major part of every link to add a bot when it already ignores them.

6. Jeff, Y! tunnel do not add profiles to its ignore, just id’s and wildcards.

I suggest for Cchris, if you’re gonna post something like this in the future, try and make it..

As small as possible,
As easy as possible,
As Correct as possible,
As less intrusive, abusive as possible.

If he feels its his duty to report, list bots, that are of pornographic nature i suggest not posting them on a community board where children may frequent.
