Getting re-logged in during chat

My girlfriend’s yahoo messenger re-logs her in in the middle of chats. it will just post that she has logged in, during when we’re talking. I can’t find anything that preceeds it (file transfer, etc) and it doesn’t appear to happen at regular intervals. Her ICQ does the same exact thing too.
I think it started happening after she installed zone alarm.

any idears?

It has done this to me to yet i question why it justs logs off its nuts. Even if i go to pm someone oh log gaz off:mad:

thanks for reminding me that i posted this.. we fixed it.
we installed and ran AdAware
http://download.com.com/3000-2094-10045910.html?legacy=cnet
and went through her start-up menu
http://www.greatis.com/regrun3appdatabase.htm
and cleaned things up. Some of the things on her start-up menu weren’t at greatis.com but a google search identified most of them. A few other glitches cleared up after this too.
