Well Google was nice enough to let you embed this module wherever you can fit a Java Script snippet. All you need to do is go to their Webpage Gadget Tool, customize how you want your Google Talk gadget to look, and click “Get The Code”. Google then spits out a single line of JavaScript you can use virtually anywhere.
