It doesn’t matter what you use, if you are capable of getting that many toolbars installed, you should be banned from computers.
*chuckles* When I first started using the net I had like three search bars. It was most annoying but I was clueless as to what it was at the time. I didn’t have any spyware program back then. Good thing I knew how to reformat.
Pssh, thats not that bad. Theres toolbars on some of my school computers that mask IE6 with a skin. Its awesome :cool:. Your all just jealous because your left with your crappy looking Maxthon and Mozilla while I have my Rain Forest/Jungle version of Internet Explorer.
Oh dear… that’s aweful. Let’s see if anyone on BBB can top that. 😉 Anyway, I paticularly like the MyWebSearch toolbar, but people say it has spyware.
And Someguy03, Maxthon has some pretty neat skins. =)
EEdok, my middle school computers were kind of close to that, although quite not as bad. However I find that the high school computers have significantly less spyware/adware.
I really hate it when like sometimes if you install an instant messenger a Tool Bar Comes with it and once from that i had the same one three times!
Interesting, a lot of people say that their school computers are really bad, but at no school I’ve ever been to was even near that. The student accounts for the computers at the Junior High are so restricted, you can barely do anything with them. And if you get caught downloading any programs, you will be banned from school computers for the rest of the school year, if I remember correctly. Possibly worse.
However, the school does now have the Google toolbar. They seem to trust Google more than any other company on the internet. 🙂
