April 14, 2004 at 5:40 am #83450Dr KimbleParticipantVery nice topic you have here Someguy 🙂
The Punisher looks interesting…it looks awful similar to ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’ but in modern times. I am also looking forward to Harry Potter III and Indy IV 🙂
A Charlie in the Chocolate Factory (Willy Wonka) remake [:O] Oh my…no one can beat Gene Wilder’s performance in Willy Wonka! Why bother?

I agree that Gene Wilder was excellent, but did you realize that this remake is being produced and directed by Tim Burton, and will star Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka? If anyone can create a special remake of that classic film, they can.

No I didn’t. Its called Batman begins and its been there for almost a week.
Due to the increasing confusion about movies such as “The seed of chucky” wich is actually Childs Play 5, I am going to start listing the movie and then its original name and number: Ex: Batman Begins (Batman 5) or The seed of Chucky (Childs play 5)
April 14, 2004 at 3:28 pm #83438magistykMemberI am looking forward to a lot of movies listed here. There is one movie, however, I could tell you right now that I’m definately not going to see — Scary Movie 4. Scary Movie 3 had funny parts, but I did not enjoy it much at all.

I am a big Gene Wilder fan…so naturally I would have a bias that no one could be better…I will give it a try when it comes on tv.
April 15, 2004 at 7:34 am #83448erasedMemberanother childs play?!?!! GOD NOOOOO!!!!:(:(
April 15, 2004 at 7:47 am #83443Someguy03MemberYa well you will finally get to see it with special effects and computer animation. It’s going to be alot scarier and alot better looking if they have a big a budget. But what surprises me is that they are making Fast and the Furious 3.
Apparently the first one was the life of Vin Diesal and Paul Walker. So they decided to have the second one about Paul Walkers life after the first movie, but didn’t include Vin Diesal. Now they are going to have a 3rd one with the life of Vin Diesal, and it won’t have Paul Walker.
April 21, 2004 at 3:09 pm #83455Penguin HunterMemberI’m defiantly gunna see Troy and Indiana Jones and probably most of the others like Star Wars 3 (just because I’ve seen all the others, I don’t really have much hope for it)
I’m gunna avoid the Ring 2 coz the first one was a shoddy attempt at a film and I will not put myself through the pain of watching such a terrible film again
Also I thought they said Terminater 3 was the last one they were gunna make. Oh well should be good to see the Robot armies get their arses kicked.

I have to agree with Detn8r, after I saw the trailer I found out everything about it possible. Thanks Jeff, I almost missed that one =) Besides, who wouldn’t want to see the polar ice caps melt and the entire earth flood?
May 6, 2004 at 4:49 am #83434detn8rParticipanthmmm… I just picked it up on kazaa. I’ll start to download it, and it will be finished just in time for when it debuts. 😀
June 2, 2004 at 8:33 am #83458colalightMemberI still think that Spiderman 2 looks like it has the sickest trailer. I think it will be the best sequel since T2 and that is saying a lot because it is one of my favorite movies.
July 8, 2004 at 11:32 pm #83457SushiMan92MemberI want to see Blade:Trinity. I’ve been a HUGE fan of the whole series and Blade 2 left me wanting more!
July 9, 2004 at 7:36 am #83459LucifinaMemberI would most likely see all of them. I have to add one to the list though…PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!!! Sorry, I’m such a Phantom Phanatic, hehe; it’s coming out in December 2004 (3or6?). It is based on the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical and the writers have taken things from the book by Gaston Leroux to give more background to Erik(Phantom). Here’s the official site link: http://phantomthemovie.warnerbros.com/
And this is, maybe, the best unoffical site:
http://homepage.mac.com/leonardo.ubeda/Phantom/PhantomMovie.htmlOk, just had to put that in, hope everyone can enjoy it as much as I.:D
