Is the first half-life for PC a good game, casue I just bought it and I cant install it yet, so I was just wondering what other people thought
By today’s high-end graphics standards, Half-life sucks.
I played it back in 2000 when it wasn’t too old, but these days it’s not that great.
Most people play CS online though, and that is still a pretty sweet game (Even though the graphics aren’t too good)
I like half life, even though its now ancient. The Counterstrike Mod is one of the best online games ever, and there are many other mods for it as well, such as team fortress, and even a football game. The game itself is good as well, though I spend more time playing the mods!
The graphics in Half-Life are okay. The gameplay is somewhat creepy at times though, but in return for that it has got an awesome (and catchy!) story.
I only recently played Half-Life again, at the ‘Hard’ level. Took a while, but I won. 🙂

Laptop’s don’t usually have the greatest 3d game support. 🙂
Oh yes they do! Well, mine does. Except for the LCD screen, which sometimes gets blurry on some FPSs but not that much.
