WHY DO ALL CAPS MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A MORON?A Block Checker is a script that checks if a specific user is online or offline. The point being if the user appears offline in your MSN Messenger client, but online in the Block Checker, then you can assume that he/she is currently blocking you.
