Heath Ledger is dead. He was discovered by a housekeeper in Mary Kate Olsen’s NYC apartment, face down on a bed with various prescription drug pills strewn about. He was 28 years old.
It’s a shame, a waste, and a warning about the dangers of drug abuse.
R.I.P. Heath. 🙁
What terrible news. I guess staying away from drugs is one thing, but when one is so rich, stupid, or depressed, anything can happen.
R.I.P. to a promising actor.
What a waste. What a terrible waste. Of course they might find it’s of natural causes or something, but . . . what a shame.
I really liked Brokeback Mountain – the love story of it, not the gay-ness.
Oh nooooo :crying:
I loved him in A Knight’s Tale. One my family have on dvd, we love it.
What a sad loss.
Is it sad that the first thing I thought upon hearing about this was “I really hope they finished filming for Dark Knight”?
And I know for a fact I’m not the only person who thought that.
Still… you’re right, it’s a shame. He had a promising career ahead of him – from what I’ve seen and heard about his work for the Batman movie he was finally about to make a switch to more serious roles.
