I have a link that keeps popping up as my away message…it say like “OMG gravityteens.com/bestfriends.pif.(appr. so no one gets it) ?!?!”…..how do i get rid of it? its like a trojan or something…so the sooner the better y’all
i need it gone…so it doesnt mess up other stuff
i had something similar to this. if you go to http://www.jayloden.com and run the AIM remove tool (or something along those lines), it should remove it. running this program worked for me and my roommate. she was the one who gave it to me.
so try it out, and keep us posted if it worked or not.
im computer illiterate…so help me out here..idk where that is on my comp at all…not even through searching…easier way you can think of?

Uninstall and reinstall AIM.
Uninstall AIM by going to “Start > All Programs > AOL Instant Messenger > Uninstall AOL Instant Messenger”
Then redownload AIM at: http://ftp.newaol.com/aim/win95/Install_AIM.exe
Or get an older AIM version at http://www.oldversion.com
