MemberOn your buddylist, click setup -> sign on/off -> connection -> reset. Click all the Ok’s until your back at the buddylist. Try connecting again and if it doesnt work its an issue besides Aim such as a firewall blocking it maybe?

MemberTry this, click the Setup button on the signon screen and go into the aim preferences screen, then click “Sign On/Off”; On that tab you should find a connection button, click it. A window should pop up with connection settings, replace the “Host” with one of the following servers.

Add login.oscar.aol.com, login.icq.com, and toc.oscar.aol.com to that.

MemberI have almost the same problem…but I don’t get “the service cannot be reached” When I click sign on it goes to 1. Connecting… and doesn’t goto the next steps, it just sits on there. I don’t know how to fix this problem. Does anyone know how I can fix this???
Please help,
Thanx -
