Hi,
I was on my Messenger and got an e-mail saying something like “Yahoo : Request for password change approved” or something like that, it happened to quick to really read. Anyway, a few seconds later I get kicked off my messenger and am now unable to log in. So I try to go into my e-mail, can’t…then I try the whole “Forgot your ID or Password?”, it won’t take any of my info, says it’s all wrong. What can I do to get my account back?
if your personal information has been changed such as your email/name etc. then you cant get it back, it just happend to me not to long ago…back up your friend list next time just incase it happens again.
Damn…well thanks for the info..
The most important suggestion i can make to you would be to make a complicated password so others can’t figure it out, but easy for you to remember. Include capital letters with small one’s, symbols, spaces, numbers, and so on… This makes your password more safe than having a basic password such as 123456, that makes it pretty easy to take. Hope that helps a bit, and sorry there isn’t more that can be done, but once your information is changed, it makes it really difficult to ever get that account back again.
That just happened to me too a few weeks ago now I lost all of my contacts e-mails all my saved e-mails I had 🙁
Mine is 654321, it has never been cracked.
