I know this isn’t really to do with MSN Messenger but it’s linked/connected. For the past two days I have had severe difficulty accessing my Hotmail e-mail account. Whenever I try to access it through my MSN Messenger window it takes at LEAST 10 minutes to load to the Hotmail home page then when I try to get into my inbox it gives me the “cannot connect to server” page.

When I try to access it through the main Hotmail site, I have exactly the same problem. No-one else on my contact list has this problem and I’m wondering what could be wrong. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated, not being able to read waiting emails for two days does get slightly frustrating lol. Thanks.:)

Do you have any problems with browsing other websites? Are you on dial-up, DSL, cable?

Nope I can access all other websites without a problem and I’m on cable.

What browser are you using? try another one, like Netscape, IE or Mozilla (you probable use IE) and you can also update your browser to the latest one.
