Hi everyone,
I have some questions about MSN Plus. If someone hasn’t logged in for some time. How can I find out the following??
1.) How can I find out if they still have any time of MSN??
2.) How can I track or view info to when the last time they logged in or signed in??
3.) If they do still have MSN, how can I find out if there still using or not using the name or the e-mail I have in my contact list??
4.) If they have a new MSN name, how can I find out what it is by doing it legally??That’s all my questions. Please reply back ASAP. Thanx everyone..
June 27, 2004 at 8:49 pm #42619MartinBradleyMemberYou can find out such information if you right click on the contact in the contact list, and go down to “Messenger Plus Extras” Follow the arrow then click on Contact Information. This is assuming you have the latest version of Messenger Plus. The screenshot below is how to do this. (I am aware that my method does not answer all of your questions, however, I have answered as best as I can, and I don’t think there is any way to find out the other things you mentioned, without asking the person in question of course)
Hope that helps.
June 27, 2004 at 8:57 pm #42625confused_amandaMemberJust a suggestoin but I would smudge over those email addresses that you can see on your screen shot…you don’t know who reads these boards!
June 27, 2004 at 9:00 pm #42620MartinBradleyMemberI thought about that, it doesn’t actually show the email addresses, just the contact names/screennames. I don’t think people can actually find out who is who from that. *EDIT* Oh actually, there is one, isn’t there…perhaps I will smudge over that and repost, thanks for that 😉
*EDIT* There ya go, thats better isn’t it?!
June 27, 2004 at 9:58 pm #42622dsantamassinoMemberOk I did that. When it says last time for new chat it says about 4 days. I know I chatted with her and it’s been WAY longer then 4 days. Or is that meaning something else??
June 27, 2004 at 9:59 pm #42617detn8rParticipantIt doesn’t make that much of a difference people. The man has his email address in his profile anyway..
1.) How can I find out if they still have any time of MSN?? I don’t understand what you mean
2.) How can I track or view info to when the last time they logged in or signed in??Use Martin’s advice above.
3.) If they do still have MSN, how can I find out if there still using or not using the name or the e-mail I have in my contact list??Search for them on members.msn.com
4.) If they have a new MSN name, how can I find out what it is by doing it legally??MSN name as in nickname? You won’t see any update to their nickname unless they sign in to refresh it on your contact listJune 27, 2004 at 10:00 pm #42621MartinBradleyMemberQuote:quote:Or is that meaning something else??That means the last time a new chat session with the contact was initiated. If it doesn’t go hand in hand with the last time you think you chatted to her, then sorry, I don’t know why its doing that. But thats what it means.
June 27, 2004 at 10:34 pm #42623dsantamassinoMemberOk.. There is old versions of MSN. Newer versions and then of course MSN Plus. That’s what I mean..
Ok I used that already.
This is what I got when I went to the website. The information you searched on did not match any profiles in the Member Directory. Please try a different search.
Yeah and like that is going to happen. I’m 100% positive they won’t sign in to refresh it for me and of course these are online chicks.June 27, 2004 at 10:48 pm #42618shifterMemberdsantamassino – Your post contains no new information and is completely useless to this thread. Please use quoting only when necessary and you need to post some actual information of your own. Use the edit button () above your post to fix this please.
June 27, 2004 at 10:52 pm #42624dsantamassinoMemberSorry but I quote all the time and then when I quote big posts I can’t quote it the right way. The option is having an mod fix the quote the right way or they can delete the post. I mean I can re do the whole post but I don’t know how to quote the right way. Please let me know what you want me to do. I ALWAYS quote and then for bigger posts I can separate and quote the right way..
