How can I send my monitor screen through windows messenger?

I know I can send my video through windows messenger by a webcam, how can I send video of my monitor screen through windows messenger without putting my webcam in front of monitor? Maybe it will be a solution for online seminars.

There is a specific software that does this, it’s called Bulent’s Screen Recorder and it does exactly what the title says:
You can record a video of your screen and take screenshots as well.
