How do I block someone

I know I’ve seen this before, but I couldn’t locate it. How do I block someone from contacting me through yahoo messenger?

Add their name to the Ignore List. 🙂

Yahoo Preferences > Ignore List > Hit the ‘Add’ button. Alternately if the person(s) Instant Message you, you can go to Actions menu, then Contact Options, then Ignore… and it should ignore the person(s) for you. 🙂

Thanks 🙂 I remember a couple of years ago you had to do it a different way but as long as this works thats good enough for me !
