How do I post news articles?

Hello, Thanks for all of you. I do enjoy here.

I have another question here: Most of my Posts are moved to the “News” part, so can I directely post my topic in the “News Forum”? ( e.g: I post a topic on “AOL Instant Messenger “, then this post be moved to “Sub-Forums: AOL Instant Messenger News”, but when I visit “Sub-Forums: AOL Instant Messenger News”, I could not find the way to post there directely

Would you give me any idea?

Welcom, infoICQ. If you visit any of the news sections, you’ll see a link in the left column to “post a news story.”
