I use Skype and Msn to call customers and want to save both parties of audio conversations into mp3 files for later review. What program can do that? Is there anyone know vEmotion or PowerGrmao ?

When recording calls for business purposes I do believe you need to make sure the other party is aware of that fact – don’t want to land yourself trouble.

Some places (in the us) only one party needs to be aware that they are being recorded in other states both or all parties need to be aware.
