I cant figure out a program called FBI image, ive played with it for hours and i cant figure it out. I dont understand the target=”_self” if anybody could help me with this i would really appreciate it

What it does is change a picture into text, you get a picture re-size it load the pic up in FBI image and it converts the colors into text like: . There is thousands more of these but anways, you paste them all into a web page upload it to the web and use the target=”_self” in your profile so it opens that web page and tricks the profile, it opens the web page inside your profile and you have a picture. But what i dont understand is exactly how to use the target=”_self” i understand what you are saying and how it opens the page up but what i dont understand is how to insert my web page name http://ickibob.tripod.com/test.htm into that target=”_self” something like target=”_self”http://ickibob.tripod.com/test.htm? I am actually fairly famaliar with html script but for some reason cant understand this.

If you want to change anything in that, then copy and paste it into notepad and change it.
