I can’t seem to block a peticular yahoo buddy.
It says “Error: You can not block users on your friends list”
It seems to me that the only way I can block them is deleting their name, and then selecting to block that name.
Is this correct, or is there another way? or maybe it’s something that’s already fixed with Pro?
I’ve got version i.
Thanks,

You must first delete them from your list and then you can put them on ignore. My reasoning for Yahoo doing it this way is so that no one can accidently put their friends on ignore since they are your “friends” since you added them to your list, right? So yahoo is just making sure you don’t accidently ignore them.

So if I want to ignore someone, that is different than blocking them. Basically I delete their name(s) from my Yahoo IM list and then put them in the ignore section… SO then I will not hear from them, ever? Is that correct?
thanks in advance…
