How to cancel AIM account?

TestBuddy is an AIM client which was originally exclusive to a small circle of AOL employees. TestBuddy was obtained by a New Hampshire hacker named Dime during a 2002 LAN hacking spree which lasted only a couple of months, but ultimately resulted in him and his brother Toast accessing the web based (and previously widely unknown) WHAOPS AIM Administration tool.
It was also the first messenger client by AOL to support pop-up notifications. It also at one point allowed any user to remove his or her Screen Name from anyone’s Buddy List, with or without permission from the owner of the affected Buddy List.
