Hi
I would like to know if I can permanently delete people from the “blocked list” which i have no idea who they are.

Right click on each contact and try to delete them.
If they still have you on their allow list then “delete” will be disabled and you can’t delete them.
If they have deleted you from their allow list then “delete” is enabled so delete them back.
There isn’t a way to totally get rid of all the contacts in your block list.
