Nice link William!!! Police officers aren’t allowed to threaten anyone, not even on IM. If you had done anything seriously illegal the police would already be knocking on your door, and they wouldn’t be telling you about it in advance. You have managed to attract a very sick individual – not a police officer. Perhaps it is time for you to seek out help with this from the real police.
If i where you mate id talk with the police and save any copies of the threads where he has made threats to you and you say hes offering to have other people arrested, that right their shows you this guy is a total wacko that likes to start fights over the internet. I can also tell you that in order for him to have you arrested he has to get a court order and the only people who give those are judges. You havent broke the law or done anything illegall so if he does decide to report you their will be no evidence and no respectable magistrate would listen to him.
In fact i reckon the same people who put a load of people threw that are the same ones mentioned here

You could also have others report this guy and that really will drop him in it. Even if he did manage to convince the authorities he has no evidence on you so since its been at least a few weeks chances are mate hes just some disturbed prat getting a kick out of harrasing people hes never even met.
Forget about him because he knows if enough people report him he can get into deep trouble.
