EDIT:
This is not the first time you’ve been warned. This is a forum. If you have something post it, if it is not proper for this forum, don’t post it and don’t mention it here.
September 1, 2004 at 8:53 pm #38882teosMemberhi gaz…i just finished sending off an email to you…hope u can help..it sounds promising so far…stay well and talk soon
September 1, 2004 at 9:29 pm #38878shifterMemberIndeed. Perhaps one of you could post the name of this program and what exactly it does so that others may benefit as well.
That is the point of our forums Gaz – to provide help to all. Personal contact is not acceptable practice here, as it does not help the entire community. I trust you will not do this again in the future as your next forum rule violation may be your last.

Obviously help by email is not tollerated on the forum so I shall refrain from doing so in future

Is this too difficult of a task?
September 1, 2004 at 11:15 pm #38881The DudetteMemberI like to help people. I thought this would help clear up what a forum is:

I don’t see e-mail metioned in any definition of forum. Glad I could clear things up.

Secondly, and more in tune with this thread is, never trust someone who posts an e-mail address, telling you they have a program, without finding out more about it first.
I’m not saying gaz_berotten is a hax0r, but the program one could give you via an e-mail conversation, could be a virus, program with trojan or some other type of file or files to cause you problems.
September 2, 2004 at 5:05 am #38880EliteNickMemberWell…um…here is how to do it lol.
Double click the sound properties icon in your taskbar, go to options/properties. Click recording and click OK. Now check off “What U Hear” or something of the like. (It’s different depending on what soundcard you have, ECT.).
Now, open a program that lets you record. I wouldn’t suggest Microsofts’ Sound Recorder, it doesn’t let you record very long and the quality is horrible. I bet Google would be great for finding a program solely for recording.
I use programs for creating music that allow recording as well, but I figured you wouldn’t need all that stuff. Anyway, once you have one, make sure you have the person on the mic talking or whatever, and simply start recording. It records what it hears. You don’t even need your speakers on :).
Hope it works for everyone else.

Just Check out this cool utility. This will help you record yahoo messenger chat, as well as add some effects with your recorded music. Plus, it can convert voice files to your desired format. Better and complete suite of software. Hope you like this piece of my mind.
November 2, 2011 at 1:47 am #38885ariel61ParticipantHey, if you want to record video using webcam with high quality, you can use some screen recorder to help you. The program I used can record all events on your screen, including move the cursor, launch a program, type text, click button. So I often use it to record msn webcam when I was making video calls on msn, and I will show the video to my friends, they said the recorded webcam video is cool.
