How to set Y! IM to minimize to tray at Startup?

I have MSN IM and Yahoo IM. I can set MSN IM to minimize to my system tray on system startup. I have looked for a setting in Yahoo IM to do the same thing, but I can not find it. Therefore, when I start my system I have to wait until Yahoo IM is displayed and then “close” it in order for it to sit in the tray.
Any help? Thank you.

Set YM start as quiet mode (wait internet connection)… But Messenger will open if you have “always connected” broadband like DSL :o(

It’s a good idea for future release of Y!MP plugin :op
