I’m not sure why you would need an IRCop’s IP, but if it is not masked, you can just type:
/dns Username to get anyone’s IP address on IRC
and since you said your a newbee, just to let you know talking in caps is yelling. And im an op on a few channels on irc and that would eventually get you kicked.
If your on ircu /userip is often available, but disabling this is common practice so don’t expect to get an IRCops ip off of a big network. What are you going to do with their IP anyways….use some lame newbie jackass program to dos them or something….if you think it’ll make you kool, it won’t. People will just hate you.

lol as an IRcop on two nets (Unknownz.net/OverDriveIRC.net) I find it hard to believe that any of these methods posted above would work on an IRCop.
A) we gline tons of proxies which we then use
B) even if you got our IPs for whatever reason you would want them, the damage you could do would be far less than of the consequences
C) there is a reason opers use host masking.
