Is this some kind of sick twisted April Fool’s joke? It’s 6:16am here in new york and it seems Howard Stern has finally been kicked off the radio waves for good. Now I gotta listen to “Fun without the Filth with Cross and Lopez”. They’re basically just playing top 40 stuff now. Maybe it’s time to buy a satellite radio set.
Of course he’s still on here in new york city. His studio is based here in NY. You figure if he gets cut off here, then he’s essentially cut off everywhere. But rest assured, he’s still alive and kicking, for now.
For those in New York; which station is he on? My dad insists that he was played on Kiss 98.5 FM, but he’s “not on there anymore”. We don’t get very many NY stations here in Ontario, and especially considering how northern I am, but we do get this one. Is he tuned into this station, or another?
And naturally the significance in Australia is absolute zero ‘Who the hell is Howards whats his name?’. are we forgetting that BBB is global and that Howard whoever is of no relevance?

Why should this thread be any other different than say an MSN Messenger one, or ICQ one? If it doesn’t intrest you, or have any significance to you, ignore it.
And FYI, he has starred in several movies in the past. He is known world wide, but if you choose to ignore his famous background, then that’s your problem.

Attacking someone for their perceived (from your point of view) ignorance in this case simply illuminates your own ignorance.

As to date neither Russia or Australia have a wide knowledge of this “famous” guy maybe his fame is NOT ‘world wide’.I accept your comments however I would not attack you for them, afford me the same curtesy please.
Don’t worry if you haven’t heard of him; you’re not missing much.
Shock jock Howard Stern calls himself “The King of all Media” because of his syndicated radio show, the television show (which I’m not even sure is still on the air), a movie about himself (Private Parts), and a best selling book.
Frankly, the guy is full of himself. He’s occasionally funny but routinely rude, obnoxious and crude. He’s like the kid in school who makes fun of others so he can feel better about himself.
And he sure got a sweet $500 million deal from Sirius to move his radio show over to satellite radio:
Recently, a friend of my parents, their son has just invested in some stock under Howard Stern’s radio show or his tv show, I can’t remember which…but appparently, his stock just went up and now he is in the green, all just from a stock invested in this guy.
Personally, I think this guy is funny. He can go over the line, but other than that, he’s just plain funny.
