I use HP Memories Disk Creator, a program that allows you to put video/pictures/sound on a DVD with only a CD-RW drive…..anyways….I started it up today, and an update thing came up, so, it scanned for updates and found one, but, when its installing, a box will come up, saying it can’t find this file:
HPQ_002.msi
in the place to specify a folder, it is defaulted at this place:
c:hptmpsrcaioSetupMemories Discthat folder does not exist on my computer, so I tried searching for it and looking for it, but I can’t find anything. I can not start it up now unless the installation is complete, so, I’m stuck here until I find a solution. Any ideas?
EDIT: I know it has only been less than 24 hours, but, if you have any help at all, please post. I need this program for a project due on Monday.
