I made a custom band-shirt in photoshop for the band Angels and Airwaves. I attempted to have it printed by Zazzle.com – Buy, Sell, and Create custom t-shirts, custom mugs, posters, prints, cards, and postage. They made me one copy, and then I attempted to order another and was told
“Specifically, your order contained products with an image in violation of Angels and Airwaves’ rights of celebrity/publicity.”
Does anyone know what rights of celebrity/publicity is? My design has the Angels and Airwaves name in it….is that it?

Did you try another printing store? Perhaps Cafepress?

Besides the fact that Cafepress doesn’t print black apparel, they fail to impress me. Last time I got a shirt there, the shirt itself was poorly stitched, and the printing quality was terrible. I have another site I’m looking into at the moment actually.
