I can’t install MSN

Since I tried to install msn 6.1 I have got a strange problem.
Whenever I try to install msn, it says: Invalid device U:

I have to map a device to U: in order to install / uninstall msn.

Anyone know whats causing this and how it can be fixed ?

I’m using Win 2000 Pro.

If mapping a device to U: works, who cares? As long as it works… why sweat it?
