I have windows XP and everytime someone logson to their account we get a popup that says

you delete owinio.dll. simple as that. that’s how you do it cuz it obviously can’t be loaded soooo…deleting it wont hurt you

-quikUh no dude, please if you aren’t sure of your advice, don’t post it. Just telling someone to delete a Dynamic Link Library file from their computer is insanity, why don’t you go out and delete user32.dll? (don’t)
seb – Start > Run > MSCONFIG > Startup – Enable/Disable things that run on startup for your computer here, perhaps you have a “rundll32 c:windows…dll”? Try un-checking the box, or use trial and error to figure out what one it is.
