June 29, 2006 at 1:00 am #147165chikenkickerMemberhow long does it usually take to rip one?
June 29, 2006 at 1:25 am #147170darkeyes912MemberOn my desktop it took about 45 minutes to an hour to rip a DVD… Though, I was running other programs at the time, which might have slowed it down a bit.

June 29, 2006 at 7:59 pm #147162RabidKittenParticipant*cringes* I just embarked on a dvd ripping adventure. Believe me, it’s a pain. It seems to me that for some dvds, some programs don’t work, while they work find with others. Sometimes, on sites they’ll have a list of dvds that the program is known not to work with and such as well.
*ruffles her hair* All I know is that House of D, while a great movie, will forever haunt my dreams.

It is expensive… $79.99 download from their website… But I’ve seen it on ebay anywhere between $10.00-$50.00 on average, for nero7 (the latest version).
