i didnt like the ICQ startup itself when I turn my computer on. Yes, I went to preferences and unchecked “Launch ICQ on startup” and I did apply and press OK and it just wont uncheck, I dunno why it does that.
OH on the “startup” thing on start > programs, its not there. so its not suppose to start up when the PC is on.
any suggestions?
