Hi,

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in here. I am having troubles with my AIM 7.5.14.8. I’m not seeing my contacts come online anymore. It has been going on for a long time. I’ve got a friend who is on AOL and when I’m on about the same time she is I don’t see her come online anymore. What can be the problem? Don’t know what I could do really to fix it since I have already tried installing a new update and after that I just decided to quit bothering with it. I need to be able to talk to my friend on AIM whenever I want to. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks :0).

Hi Liz,

I have never experienced the bug you describe. You might try installing the new AIM – they restarted the numbering, so the latest version is 1.0.9: AIM | Chat, Share, Connect

Other than that, make sure that you are not accidentally blocking your friend and that they are not blocking you, and that you each have the other on your buddy lists.
