In a few weeks, a new “buddy” will appear on instant messaging lists around the world to answer fans’ questions about a new album by the rock band Radiohead. ActiveBuddy technology will allow you to send an instant message to an intelligent “bot” and get news, directions, restaurant suggestions, concert dates and more.
