I know of ways that you can put a lock or cell phone next to your screenname, but is there a way to put any image of your choice (size according) next to your name using regedit, reshacker, or any other way? Thank you!
I believe the images are on each individual computer, so while you may be able to change it, it wouldn’t show up on your friends list.
As rascat stated, something you change from within an AIM file or the registry will not be visible to anyone not using AIM on your computer.
I can’t remember if this can be done through simple reshacking or not, but the question has come up before. Reshacking is the only $free way I know of that you could do this, if I can remember if/how it can be done.
